Quotes for specific cover periods are fixed as soon as a deposit is received.
Quotes clearly define the areas of responsibility for Time Out Cattery Cover.
A booking is confirmed when a 10% deposit is received by Time Out Cattery Cover.
We require two months notice of a cancellation for a full refund of a deposit.
We will provide our own food and bedding.
We will keep the premises (cattery, grounds and family home) neat and tidy.
Time Out Cattery Cover holds Business Indemnity Insurance cover.
We recommend that catteries have Employers Liability Insurance cover.(We are defined as “members of staff” when managing your cattery on your behalf).
Time Out Cattery Cover cannot be held liable for expenses as a result of cancelling due to circumstances beyond our control (eg. a serious medical condition).
